The Hub is a SharePoint Server site collection that serves as a learning community and is fully customizable. It provides a central place for your training efforts, and includes training content from Microsoft’s core products. Microsoft also provides ongoing and updated content packs.
The Hub uses SharePoint Server’s social networking capabilities, such as blogs and discussion groups. In addition, it offers the Coach program, a change management feature to help you train end users to self-help, reducing the burden on your training and IT staff. The Coach program impacts productivity in a collaborative and positive way.
The 2010 version of the Productivity Hub includes a quiz feature, a section called ‘Get it Done’ that offers training for tasks such as email management and collaboration, and also features Silverlight. There will be a non-Silverlight version of the 2010 Hub delivered in late June.

Il y a 4 types basiques de commandes :

Lescmdlets (prononcé command-l’Ets) qui sont des commandes compilés enregistrédans Power Shell. Toutes les cmdlets sont nommés avec une combinaisonverbe-nom. Un exemple de cmdlet « New-SPWebApllication ».

Les fonctions qui peuvent contenir une ou plusieurs commandes pour accomplir unetâche et peut accepter des paramètres qui permettront la création de coderéutilisable.

Lesscripts qui sont une combinaison de combinaisons de commandes, de fonctions.

Lescommandes natives qui sont les commandes exécutées en dehors du processus hôte.Exemple, Notepad est une commande native.

Microsoft has developed the Productivity Hub to help support your ongoing end user training efforts.
The Hub is a SharePoint Server site collection that serves as a learning community and is fully customizable. It provides a central place for your training efforts, and includes training content from Microsoft’s core products. Microsoft also provides ongoing and updated content packs.
The Hub uses SharePoint Server’s social networking capabilities, such as blogs and discussion groups. In addition, it offers the Coach program, a change management feature to help you train end users to self-help, reducing the burden on your training and IT staff. The Coach program impacts productivity in a collaborative and positive way.
The 2010 version of the Productivity Hub includes a quiz feature, a section called ‘Get it Done’ that offers training for tasks such as email management and collaboration, and also features Silverlight. There will be a non-Silverlight version of the 2010 Hub delivered in late June.

L’éditeur prévoit de combler 49 failles, soit 16 bulletins de sécurité !

Ces correctifs s’appliquent aux systèmes d’exploitation (Windows XP, Vista et 7), aux versions serveur de l’OS, à Internet Explorer et à Office (2007, 2010, 2004 et 2008 pour Mac), notamment. Deux bulletins concernent aussi Office Web Apps, la suite bureautique en ligne de Microsoft.

Certaines de ces failles pourraient permettre à un pirate d’exécuter du code à distance. Sur les 16 bulletins, 4 seulement sont jugés critiques. Autant dire que la mise à jour (automatique si Windows Update est paramétré par défaut) est fortement conseillée.

Comptes de service et les comptes de service géré en 2010 SharePoint

Avec SharePoint 2010, nous avons maintenant la possibilité de permettre à SharePoint 2010 de gérer les différents comptes de service. Cette nouvelle fonctionnalité est un avantage non négligeable pour les administrateurs SharePoint 2010 et pour les administrateurs soucieux de la sécurité en général, car il permet de facilement appliquer des politiques de sécurité de l'entreprise en changeant ces mots de passe sur un calendrier, et les administrateurs eux même ne connaissent pas le mot de passe afin de réduire la probabilité d'un piratage, bien que ceci ne soit pas complétement éliminé.

Mais l'introduction de cette nouvelle fonctionnalité n'est pas parfaite !

La complication provient du fait que SharePoint 2010 n'implémente pas systématiquement cette fonctionnalité.

Attention :

Si un compte qui est configuré comme un compte de service gérés, son mot de passe automatiquement modifié pourrait également servir dans certains endroits qui ne comprennent pas le concept de compte géré.

Lorsque le mot de passe de compte géré est modifié la fonction qui utilise ce compte et seulement sait le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe.

Par exemple, si vous configurez le service de recherche d'entreprise pour utiliser un compte géré dont votre mot de passe est programmé pour être changé tous les 30 jours et vous utilisez ce même compte pour le compte de l'analyse de contenu puis lorsque ce mot de passe est modifié l'analyse de contenu cessera de fonctionner, ainsi il vous sera impossible d'authentifier le compte.

Il est important de noter, cependant, que cette question est uniquement actif, que lorsque vous configurez le compte géré et le mot de passe avec cette fonction de modification automatique.

With SharePoint 2010 we now have the ability to allow SharePoint to manage various service accounts thus foregoing the need to have IT administrators manually manage password changes. This new feature is a great benefit to SharePoint administrators and security conscious admins in general as it allows us to easily enforce our corporate security policies by changing these passwords on a schedule, and the administrators don’t even know what the password is so the likelihood of a compromise due to a disgruntled admin, though not eliminated, is somewhat reduced.

Hier j’ai modifié les WEB CONFIG d’un serveur afin de permettre le téléchargement de doc de 200 Mo…

Mais elles n’apportent pas vraiment la solution, il faut aller sur un article de Shane pour positionner une balise correctement dans le WEB CONFIG de IIS.

Un IISRESET /NOFORCE et cela fonctionne bien !
